Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking English-speaking AI trainers to participate in a flexible, remote contributor network based in Italy.

You will annotate, evaluate, and help create prompts to improve AI systems, collaborating with an international community and choosing projects by scope and timeline. Ideal candidates are native or near-native English speakers with strong attention to detail, able to work independently, and comfortable with online tools.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or subtle differences in content.
• Naturally curious about technology, artificial intelligence, language, digital content, and emerging AI applications.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply project guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly when evaluating content, search results, or AI-generated responses.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling text, images, audio, or other content according to detailed project guidelines.
• Evaluate search results, advertisements, chatbot responses, or other AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Create, review, and test prompts designed to improve the performance and reliability of large language models and other AI systems.
• Assess content for linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy and help ensure AI outputs are appropriate for diverse audiences.
• Follow project-specific instructions, quality standards, and evaluation criteria consistently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Use digital platforms and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks, provide structured feedback, and meet project deadlines.
• Adapt to different project scopes and levels of complexity, with assignments potentially ranging from short-term tasks to multi-week engagements.
• Review project information carefully before starting an assignment and make informed decisions about availability and participation based on the proposed scope and timeline.
