PVH Italy is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join their finance team in Milan. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting processes, particularly in Accounts Payable, while working in a dynamic environment.

The intern will support invoice processing, verify accuracy, assist in reconciliations, and collaborate with various departments. A Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is required, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English are necessary for this role.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Finance team and support the Accounts Payable (AP) function. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

The Accounting Intern will work closely with the accounting team, contributing to the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment activities while developing a strong understanding of financial operations and internal controls.

Role Purpose

• Support the Accounts Payable team in the processing and recording of supplier invoices.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows.
• Assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support payment preparation and monitoring activities.
• Maintain and update supplier master data within the accounting system.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and AP account reconciliations.
• Archive and organize accounting documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to address accounting‑related inquiries.
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as required.
