DoDo, based in Milan, is seeking a Semi-finished Product Specialist to join the Production Planning & Operations team. The role focuses on managing inventory, production orders, and material allocation to support luxury jewelry manufacturing.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, monitor replenishment, and identify risks related to delays or capacity. Strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

We are looking for a Semi-finished Product Specialist that will join the Production Planning & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing replenishment needs, and creating production orders;
• Allocating metals and semi-finished materials according to production requirements;
• Identifying and communicating potential issues related to delays, quality, production capacity, and material availability;
• Managing the receipt and internal movement of materials;

Profile & Requirements

• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player;
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and problem-solving;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Previous experience in Production Planning and an interest in the jewelry manufacturing industry are considered a plus.
