Advance Auto Parts seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY customer market and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems literacy, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Fleet safety certification is preferred. The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities spanning customer service, inventory control, and basic DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

Competenze

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
• Keep store clean and stocked; deliver parts to customers as needed
