Job summary

Prada Group in Lombardy seeks a Distribution Planner to optimize inventory distribution across markets, channels and stores. You will analyze sales performance and product availability, working with Supply Chain, Merchandising and local teams to improve replenishment strategies and distribution processes.

Responsibilities include managing replenishment flows from central to local warehouses, analyzing stock levels and sales trends, and developing reporting tools to support inventory efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline such as Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supply chain role, fashion industry a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory, replenishment principles and retail distribution processes.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-location distribution environment.
• Experience with BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Apps a plus).

Job Purpose

The Distribution Planner will optimize inventory distribution and stock levels across markets, channels and stores by analysing sales performance and product availability. Working closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising and local teams, the role will improve replenishment strategies, inventory efficiency and distribution processes to maximize product availability and minimize lost sales.

Knowledge And Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.

1-2 years of previous experience in the same or a similar role within supply chain (a plus if in fashion industry).

Good knowledge of inventory, replenishment principles and retail distribution processes.

Experience working in a high-volume, multi-location distribution environment.

Experience with Business Intelligence and data analysis tools (knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Apps is a plus).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and database applications.
