Arsenale Group is seeking a Distribution Manager to support the Director of Revenues Hotels & Trains. You will oversee distribution strategy across all sales channels, ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content alignment to maximize revenue.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Distribution Manager to join our team in direct support of the Director of Revenues Hotels & Trains. In this role, the Distribution Manager oversees the distribution strategy across all sales channels, ensuring rate, inventory, and content accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities. They work closely with the Revenue team to optimize channel performance, monitor distribution efficiency, and support overall commercial growth.

Key Activities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives
• Manage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity
• Lead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation
• Act as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performance
• Steer channel mix, inventory allocation & rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platforms
• Analyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industry
• Strong understanding of GDS ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structures
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); PMS (Opera is a plus); CRS (Synxis is a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantage

What We Offer:

• Annual gross salary ranging from €45.000 to €55.000
