Job summary

GSK is seeking a Vx Platform ASTL Lead in Italy to head a team of analytical science and technology experts. You will define end-to-end analytical control strategies, support technology transfers and provide expertise across product lifecycles within the Global Supply Chain.

The role demands leadership across multiple sites, regulatory awareness and data-driven problem solving. The position is based in Rosia, Italy with hybrid working and limited travel to Belgium or the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
• Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders.
• Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-site teams across GSC projects.
