Job summary

GSK in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Director-level Analytical Science & Technology leader to guide a global team. You will own end-to-end analytical control strategies, drive cross-site collaborations, and support tech transfers for vaccines or biotherapeutics.

You will influence regulatory submissions and leverage data analytics to accelerate product timelines. The role requires senior expertise in analytical technologies, QbD, GMP, and cross-functional leadership within a global matrix.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
• Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.
