Job summary

GSK, a Director-level role within Global Manufacturing Science & Technology in Como, leads a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to define end-to-end analytical control strategies and support tech transfers across GSC. You will drive cross-site collaborations, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions.

You’ll shape lifecycle programs and advance new analytical platforms, contributing to faster, higher-quality product

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
• Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders.
• Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes.
• Steer cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects.
• Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies.
• Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen.
• Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies.
• Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes.
