ZAPI GROUP is seeking a Digital Operations Process Engineer for its Poviglio HQ to join the Operations Department and report to the Group Logistics Manager. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing logistics, planning, and production processes, driving digitalization, and integrating SAP S/4HANA across sites.

Competenze

• Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineer with 3–7 years in Operations.
• Experience in capital-intensive, technology-driven manufacturing; international exposure valued.
• Strong analytical, results-oriented mindset; fast learning capability.

Mansioni

• Analyze and translate Operations requirements into standardized and scalable Group-wide solutions.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA digital transformation projects in Operations.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes across sites and align with the SAP Global Template.
• Bridge between Business and IT; manage requirements, gaps, and solution design with partners.
• Support SAP PP / MES rollout: testing, data migration, configuration, cut-over, go-live.
• Drive KPI monitoring and post go-live continuous improvement.
• Promote standardized Operations best practices across Group sites.
