EssilorLuxottica in Rovereto seeks a motivated graduate with a technical background to contribute to a strategic project that captures and structures manufacturing know-how and transforms operational expertise into accessible digital knowledge and AI-enabled training resources.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation teams to build centralized knowledge repositories and support digital learning tools across the plant.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong interest in industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation.
• Passion for AI and digital tools applied to business processes.
• Familiarity with knowledge management, process mapping, or technical documentation principles is a plus.

Your Role

We are looking for a motivated graduate with a technical, engineering, or IT background who is passionate about industrial technologies, digital innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. Based in Rovereto, you will contribute to a strategic project aimed at capturing, structuring, and enhancing the technical know-how of the manufacturing plant, transforming operational expertise into accessible digital knowledge and training resources through company-approved digital and AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and map technical know-how from process experts, technicians, and key plant stakeholders.


• Structure and organize operational knowledge into standardized and easily accessible formats.


• Develop digital content, guidelines, procedures, and training materials to support knowledge sharing.


• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation teams to identify critical knowledge areas.


• Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge repositories and digital documentation systems.


• Contribute to the implementation of AI-based solutions for knowledge management and information retrieval.


• Analyze existing processes and propose innovative approaches to preserve and disseminate technical expertise.


• Facilitate the digitalization of technical content, operating procedures, and best practices.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training, onboarding, and operational excellence.


• Promote knowledge-sharing culture and support the adoption of digital learning tools across the plant.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.


• Strong interest in industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation.


• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and digital tools applied to business processes.


• Basic understanding of knowledge management, process mapping, or technical documentation principles.


• Interest in creating structured content, training materials, and digital learning resources.


• Familiarity with data management, collaboration platforms, or digital content tools is considered a plus.


• Good command of English.


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical experts.


• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward innovation and continuous improvement.
