Barilla Group, based in Parma, is seeking a Learning Technology & Digital Learning Coordinator to oversee the digital backbone of Learning & Development, including platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with IT and HR to manage onboarding, learning content, data analytics, and scalable digital experiences. The role is office-based in Parma with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, IT, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1 or equivalent).
• Min 2 years of experience in Learning Technology, Digital Learning, Learning Operations, HR Technology or related areas.
• Experience with digital learning ecosystems within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of LMS or similar platforms, including admin, catalogue maintenance and reporting.

Mansioni

• Coordinate administration, maintenance and improvement of learning technologies and systems.
• Partner with IT, Digital and external vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Manage learning data, reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on participation and learner experience.
• Support data-driven decision making through regular reporting to HR, L&D and stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance and publication of the enterprise learning catalogue and digital content.
• Support adoption of digital learning tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to internal capability for digital content creation and standards.
