Barilla in Parma HQ is seeking a Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist to support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across key touchpoints, including social channels and the company website. You will help coordinate an integrated editorial content plan and ensure content aligns with global narratives and positioning.

• At least two years of experience in corporate communications, social media, or digital content management.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across digital touchpoints (social channels, website).
• Assist in planning and implementing an integrated editorial calendar with internal and external partners.
• Monitor performance, engagement, and KPIs, contributing to reporting and insights.
• Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and storytelling in line with corporate positioning.
• Contribute to internal engagement initiatives and alignment of employees with priorities.
• Coordinate external agencies and content workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Stay updated on new formats and tools, experimenting to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Work with Group Legal, Compliance & Communication team on internal stakeholder needs.
