Barilla seeks a Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist to support its corporate digital content strategy across key channels. You will help develop and manage an integrated editorial plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality content and consistent storytelling aligned with corporate positioning.

You will monitor performance, extract insights, and contribute to reporting while staying current on new formats and tools.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications or digital content management
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in international environments

Mansioni

• Support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across digital touchpoints (social channels, website)
• Assist in planning and implementing an integrated editorial calendar with stakeholders
• Monitor channel performance, engagement, and KPIs; contribute to reporting and insights
• Maintain tone and storytelling to align with Barilla's corporate strategy
• Coordinate external agencies and content workflows to ensure timely, high-quality content
• Contribute to digital innovation by staying updated on new formats and tools
• Collaborate effectively in a complex, international environment
