Barilla seeks a Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist to support its corporate digital content strategy across key channels. You will help develop and manage an integrated editorial plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality content and consistent storytelling aligned with corporate positioning.

You will monitor performance, extract insights, and contribute to reporting while staying current on new formats and tools.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications or digital content management
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in international environments

Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist

In this role you will support Barilla’s corporate digital content strategy across key channels, aligning with global narratives and priorities. You will help develop and manage an integrated editorial plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality content. You will monitor performance, extract insights, and maintain a consistent tone and storytelling that supports corporate positioning. This is an opportunity to shape digital narratives for a global leader and contribute to cross-functional engagement. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment where innovation in content forms is encouraged.

• Support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across digital touchpoints (social channels, website) in line with priorities and global narratives
• Assist in planning and implementing an integrated editorial calendar, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Monitor channel performance, engagement, and KPIs; contribute to reporting and derive insights for improvement
• Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and storytelling across content to align with corporate strategy
• Coordinate external agencies and content workflows to ensure timely, high-quality content under supervision
• Contribute to digital innovation by staying updated on new formats and tools
• At least two years of experience in corporate communications, communications and social media, or digital content management
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related field
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented and proactive mindset
