Job summary

Maison Valentino is seeking an HR/Workday specialist to join the Digital HR team in Italy. You will work hands-on with Workday, supporting implementation, go-live and ongoing evolution across our global HRIS ecosystem.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday, enhancing HR reporting and analytics, and ensuring data quality during migrations. You will collaborate with HR colleagues, partners, and implementation teams in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience in an international org or implementation project.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset for HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS, reporting and data migration processes.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global HR team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation, configuration and testing of Workday for the global HCM platform.
• Support evolution of the HRIS ecosystem and translate HR needs into digital solutions.
• Develop and enhance HR reporting and analytics from HR data.
• Support data quality, migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate system and data issues with internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with global HR community, Digital HR colleagues and external partners.
• Play active role during go-live and hypercare, aiding ownership and evolution.

You will work hands‑on with Workday, from implementation and testing through go‑live and post‑go‑live evolution, collaborating with our global HR community and implementation partners.

Beyond Workday, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader Digital HR roadmap, exploring new solutions and technologies across HR Analytics, AI, automation and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation, configuration and testing of Workday, supporting the successful launch of our new global HCM platform.
• Support the evolution and continuous improvement of our HRIS ecosystem, translating HR and business needs into effective digital solutions.
• Develop and enhance HR Reporting & Analytics, helping turn HR data into meaningful insights.
• Support HR data quality, migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate system, data and process issues, working with internal teams and implementation partners to identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our global HR community, Digital HR colleagues and external partners.
• Play an active role during go‑live and hypercare, progressively contributing to the ownership and future evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands‑on experience with Workday, ideally within an international organization, consulting firm or Workday implementation environment.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM and experience working directly on the platform.
• Experience across Workday implementation, configuration and testing activities.
• Experience or strong exposure to Workday Reporting & Analytics.
• Experience across different Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Learning or Planning, is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic and hands‑on approach.
• Good knowledge of English and confidence working in an international environment.
