UNDP Careers in Rome seeks a Project Specialist – Digital Development to coordinate the Italy–Africa Digital Flagship Programme across participating countries. You will work closely with UNDP Country Offices, MAECI, and partners to ensure timely delivery, coherence with donor requirements, and high‑quality outputs.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk management, and knowledge sharing across countries, with collaboration across technical teams and private sector partners.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in International Development or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country programmes with international partners.
• Ability to coordinate with government counterparts and donor agencies.

• Provide high‑level strategic guidance and coordination across programme components and countries.
• Coordinate with UNDP Country Offices, MAECI, and other stakeholders to meet donor requirements.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
