Job summary

Deltatre S.p.A. is seeking a Digital Producer to manage day-to-day content operations on FORGE, our CMS, for one or more clients.

You will publish content, configure pages, train client editors, and ensure staging works before going live, becoming the reliable bridge between editorial intent and a polished digital product. You will work on multilingual publishing, metadata tagging, and timely updates around matchdays and events, with a client-facing edge and a strong emphasis on accuracy under

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital production, content operations or web editorial.
• Experience configuring pages/modules/sections in an enterprise or headless CMS.
• Experience applying metadata and tagging to content for discoverability.
• Experience creating/adapting visual assets for digital platforms (Photoshop/Figma).
• Experience running pre-release checks in staging (data, layout, navigation).
• Experience managing user roles/permissions on a content platform.
• Experience training/supporting non-technical users on a digital tool.
• Experience writing user-facing documentation (how-tos, FAQs).
• Experience delivering content against fixed deadlines and calendars.
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends aligned with live events.
• Experience publishing sports/entertainment content (match centers, live stats, VOD).
• Knowledge of multilingual publishing and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with digital rights management or multi-tenant permissions.
• Experience logging/tracking issues in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Publish multilingual content in FORGE CMS across match centers, news sections, event hubs, and promo modules.
• Configure pages, modules, and sections for competitions, teams, events, shows, channels, and hubs.
• Train and support client editorial teams; provide day-to-day support through agreed channels.
• Coordinate content updates with editorial calendars, matchdays, releases, and activations.
• Carry out weekly QA in staging, validate data accuracy, navigation and layouts.
• Support launches of new sites, sections, features, and seasonal updates with cross-team collaboration.
