Job summary

Venchi is seeking a proactive Digital Commerce Intern for our EMEA Digital Team at the Milan HQ. You will support website operations, online merchandising, content management and performance analysis across EMEA markets, gaining hands-on exposure to the eCommerce ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop analytical and commercial skills, and learn how digital channels drive growth, customer engagement and business performance in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in eCommerce, digital business and customer experience.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital analytics or eCommerce tools is a plus.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• ...and of course, a chocolate and gelato lover!

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the eCommerce website across EMEA markets.
• Assist with product setup, catalogue updates, online merchandising and promotional activities.
• Help maintain website content, landing pages and product information, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Monitor key eCommerce KPIs and support reporting and performance analysis activities.
• Support competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support the execution of digital commerce initiatives.

Your Mission

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Digital Commerce Intern to join our EMEA Digital Team at our HQ in Milan! In this role, you will support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our eCommerce activities across EMEA markets, contributing to website operations, online merchandising, content management and performance analysis. Working closely with the Digital Commerce team and collaborating with different business functions, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the eCommerce ecosystem, develop your analytical and commercial skills, and learn how digital channels drive growth, customer engagement and business performance.

• Support the day-to-day management of the eCommerce website across EMEA markets.
