JINGDONG Logistics in Italy is seeking a Device Maintenance professional to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our warehouse and operational equipment. You will perform inspections, calibrations, and proactive maintenance across automation devices and IT infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, component replacements, and accurate maintenance records. You will collaborate with operations to schedule tasks with minimal disruption, support new equipment

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
2+ years of device maintenance or field service experience in logistics, manufacturing, or e‑commerce.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with schematics knowledge.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on diverse devices; diagnose root causes.
Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment; able to use CMMS.
Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as required.
