JD Logistics, a JD.com company, seeks a Device Maintenance professional to ensure performance and reliability of operational devices and equipment across the logistics network. You will perform proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and support the infrastructure.

You will work with warehouse automation, handheld scanners, and IT infrastructure, with opportunities to improve efficiency and safety while following established protocols and safety standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years of device maintenance, field service, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration of warehouse devices and IT infrastructure hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across devices.
• Execute repairs, replacements, and upgrades adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records including dates and parts used.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide end-user guidance on device operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in device maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
