Jingdong Logistics is seeking a Device Maintenance professional to ensure reliable operation of warehouse devices and IT hardware. You will perform proactive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include inspections, repairs, calibration, and keeping precise maintenance records while collaborating with operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of device maintenance, field service, or similar technical support experience.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and safety standards in logistics or manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration of warehouse devices and IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across devices, identifying root causes and fixes.
• Execute repairs, replacements, and upgrades following established protocols and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and issue resolutions in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to processes.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and devices.
• Provide basic end-user support for device operation and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in maintenance.
