Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Deputy Manager Store Operations in Italy (Lombardia, near Bergamo). The role oversees Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities to optimize store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Proficient use of Excel.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent proficiency in local language and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities to ensure store performance.
• Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings and report on visual criteria impact on sales.
• Assist Store Manager in setting and monitoring team objectives (quantitative & qualitative).
• Allocate duties among Stock, Back Office, and VM Specialists with other Team Managers.
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and onboard new hires.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support recruitment and development of the team.
• Disseminate company content via morning team briefings.
• Coordinate Stock and Back Office to ensure optimal stock provision and mix.
• Ensure product safety on sales floor and in stockroom; perform stock checks.
• Use analytics for merchandise management and daily briefing to drive sales.

The Position

The Deputy Manager Store Operations ensures the store performance and optimal Organization through managing Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities.

• Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings and report on visual criteria's impact on sales.
• Assist Store Manager in setting and monitoring quantitative and qualitative objectives for the team.
• Allocate duties among Stock, Back Office, and VM Specialists in coordination with other Team Managers.
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with the team and ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
• Provide continuous feedback on performance and support Store Manager in team recruitment and development.
• Facilitate the cascading of company content through morning briefings for the team.
• Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock provision and mix.
• Implement measures for the safety of products in both sales floor and stockroom.
• Conduct regular stock checks and promptly communicate stock information to the team.
• Maximize sales through analytical merchandise management, utilize reports for trend analysis, and conduct daily meetings to achieve goals.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment
• Experience with RFID systems
• Proficient use of Excell
• Good organization and collaboration skills and abilities
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• High level in local language and in oral as well as written and oral English communication
