K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position to drive AI deployment projects in Italy. The role focuses on delivering enterprise AI solutions, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and customer teams to ensure on-time production launches.

The candidate will define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, while managing timelines and ensuring SLAs across stakeholders. Milan/Rome office presence is required.

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position.

Project/Customer background

The client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments. Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.

Role background

The selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.

The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration. This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, remove blockers and make AI projects land properly in production.

Location

Milan/Rome, Italy. 4 days a week in the office

Salary package

€60,000-€100,000 gross annual salary, with flexibility for strong candidates depending on experience, seniority and overall fit
