Wonderful, an AI operating system for enterprises, seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead customers from discovery through pilot and production rollout. You will translate ambitious AI initiatives into executable plans, align Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders, and own deployments from inception to measurable outcomes.

You will spend time onsite with customers, embedding with their teams to drive real value, track progress, and ensure adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

Who You Are

• Experience in deployment‑focused, technical, or execution‑oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.

• Interest in building and deploying AI‑powered systems in real environments.
