You will assist the Chef de Partie in daily prep, mis-en-place, and service for a specific kitchen section, while ensuring top quality and HACCP compliance. The role also emphasizes teamwork, learning, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in 5-star hotels or fine-dining venues.
• Solid foundational cooking techniques and passion for quality ingredients.
• Team player attitude, adaptability, and composure during peak service hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Fluent in Italian and working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily prep, mise-en-place, and service for a specific kitchen section.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Supervise Commis de Cuisine, ensuring proper handling, organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain adherence to waste reduction and sustainability practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations across all stations.
