Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, in Taormina, Sicily, seeks a passionate Chef de Partie for our Michelin-starred Otto Geleng restaurant. You will craft fresh, seasonal dishes for discerning guests in a haute cuisine setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and raw materials, with emphasis on seasonality and quality.
• Ability to work in a team, stay flexible, and solve problems proactively.

Responsabilités

• Manage a specific kitchen section autonomously (starters, mains, desserts, etc.) per Belmond standards.
• Prepare and present dishes following Executive Chef's recipes with emphasis on aesthetics and taste.
• Collaborate with brigade to ensure efficient service and timely ticket handling.
• Promote sustainable kitchen practices and minimize food waste per group policies.
• Maintain clean, hygienic workstations compliant with HACCP regulations.
• Assist training and onboarding of junior cooks to foster growth.
