Job summary

Thélios, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Demand Planning Intern to join the team in Veneto. The role focuses on demand forecasting, data analysis, and supporting Key Account planning to ensure product availability and high service levels.

The internship offers hands-on experience with forecasting tools, data analytics, and collaboration across Sales and Demand Planning teams, contributing to digital initiatives and AI-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven, problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command of English, written and spoken (B1/B2).
• Knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with data analytics, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of Key Account assortment matrices by monitoring SKU launch and phase-out dates.
• Assist in updating and maintaining sales forecasts for replenishment orders to ensure availability and forecast reliability.
• Support planning of initial customer orders balancing customer requirements with supply chain constraints.
• Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to analyze sales plans, promotions, and forecast changes.
• Support creation and maintenance of reporting tools and KPIs to monitor service levels.
• Analyze sales and forecast data to identify trends and seasonality to improve planning accuracy.
• Contribute to forecast performance reviews by identifying gaps and root causes.
• Participate in AI-based initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and service monitoring.
