Job summary

Thélios, part of LVMH, is looking for a Procurement Intern to support direct procurement orders and ensure timely deliveries. The role offers exposure to procurement and supply chain in an industrial setting, with a structured internship program in Veneto.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or hold a degree in economics or SCM, possess strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork. Base salary is €800 per month.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the direct procurement order portfolio and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor the direct purchasing portfolio daily, track supplier performance, and optimize lead times.
• Check raw materials and component availability to maintain production supply.
• Assist in implementing new procurement methods to improve delivery and reduce inventory.
• Assist in scouting, qualification, and validation of new suppliers.
• Participate in supplier visits and related procurement activities.
