Alfasigma in Italy is seeking a Demand Planner to bridge commercial strategy with manufacturing execution. You will manage forecasting across product portfolios, channels, and SKUs to provide visibility for decision making.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Location options include Milan or Bologna, and you will join a dynamic, growth‑oriented team.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Management Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Analytics, or related areas.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage forecasting activities across portfolios, channels and SKUs.
• Analyze historical sales trends and market dynamics to develop forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy and stock availability.
• Support monthly forecasting and S&OP cycle with alignment to commercial targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Planning, Sales and Key Account teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to launches and portfolio changes with forecast assumptions.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear business messages.
