UniCredit S.p.A. seeks an experienced Delivery Lead – SAP BI / Analytics & Avature to own and govern key digital People & Culture solutions across the group. You will drive end-to-end delivery, balancing strategic direction with operational excellence for SAP BW and Avature platforms used in HR reporting.

You will act as the main authority for run and change topics, ensuring long-term stability, compliance, and evolution of the P&C application landscape with international scope.

Competenze

• 3+ years in complex IT/digital delivery environments.
• Strong SAP Business Warehouse knowledge (Rel. 7.5) and front-end tech (Web reporting, SAP Business Objects).
• Experience with Avature talent acquisition SaaS; SaaS management.
• Good understanding of GDPR and HR processes in banking/financial services.
• English C1 or higher for stakeholder workshops and documentation.

• Act as the primary product owner and reference for UniCredit’s SAP BW and Avature SaaS.
• Coordinate run and change projects in analytics and P&C recruiting workflows.
• Lead internal/external product specialists for SAP BW/Avature and related apps.
• Clarify objectives, define requirements, and prioritize for delivery.
• Ensure scope, time, cost trade-offs are managed with enterprise standards.
• Drive continuous improvement for stability, compliance and scalability.
