UniCredit S.p.A. in Italy seeks a Medior Delivery Lead for SAP BI / Analytics & Avature to own the SAP BW/Analytics and Avature domains across multiple countries.

You will balance strategic direction with operational delivery, ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-quality digital outcomes for P&C processes. The role combines managerial and technical leadership with end-to-end accountability for delivery, including run and change activity for SAP BW and Avature SaaS.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in complex IT and/or digital delivery environments.
• Proven knowledge of SAP BI/Analytics stack (SAP BW/BO), front-end technologies.
• Experience with Avature talent acquisition SaaS and related integrations.
• Solid understanding of SAP customization concepts, ABAP developments, and transport mechanisms.
• English C1 or higher for stakeholder workshops and documentation.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary product owner for UniCredit's SAP BI/Analytics and Avature platforms.
• Coordinate run and change activities for SAP BW/Analytics and Avature across countries.
• Lead internal and external product specialists to ensure maintenance and project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and manage scope changes.
