UniCredit S.p.A in Germany seeks an experienced Digital Product Specialist – SAP HCM to stabilize, comply, and optimize SAP HCM across local and global environments. You will act as a technical authority for payroll operations, legal changes, and system performance with close P&C IT collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP HCM on-premise, German payroll expertise, and strong stakeholder skills. This is a senior, hands-on position in a multinational finance setting with meaningful impact.

Competenze

8+ years of hands-on SAP HCM on-premise in complex environments.
German Payroll (PY-DE): Schema/rules, wage types, taxes, social security, ELStAM, DEÜV, eAU/eA1, payment transfers.
Company Pension Scheme (PA-PF-DE): Configuration, benefit calculations, payroll integration.
SAP ILM: GDPR-compliant retention for PA/PY/PT/OM.
Expertise in SAP Add-On Usage: SOLUTIONS HR easyCompare, SOLUTIONS HR easyAudit, Centric ALTRO.
Advance SAP HCM Customizing
Experience with Notes implementation and SPAU/SPDD adjustments
Understanding of German tax and social security law
Familiarity with EU directives impacting payroll and HR

Mansioni

Act as the primary technical owner and referent for UniCredit’s SAP HCM solution in Germany, with a strong focus on Payroll and Positive Time Management.
Serve as interface between P&C business stakeholders and IT, advising on requirements and solution design.
Design and optimization of SAP HCM processes and configurations.
Execute monthly payroll preparation and execution; manage pension scheme updates and testing.
Transport of legal changes, SAP Notes, and change packages; ensure compliance and auditability.
Own incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to monitor system health, performance, and interfaces.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for long-term stability and scalability.
