CAE is seeking a Business Development Manager for Italy and Southern Europe to drive growth in defence aviation training and related capability domains. You will lead government and industry engagement, manage the opportunity pipeline, and steer capture efforts from identification to award.

Formación

Fluent in Italian and English demonstrated in collaboration with government and industry stakeholders.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Capture Management, or related commercial functions in defence/aerospace.
Experience with Italian defence programs and government procurement processes.
Ability to travel extensively within Italy and Southern Europe.

Responsabilidades

Drive business development for Italy and Southern Europe in defence aviation training.
Manage customer engagement, opportunity development, and pipeline growth.
Lead capture and proposal activities from identification to contract award.
Develop country and regional strategies, pricing strategies, and industrial partnerships.
Represent CAE at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
