Supermicro is expanding its service team in the Netherlands (s-'Hertogenbosch). As a Datacenter Solution Engineer you will perform racking and installation of server hardware, network equipment and cabling.

You provide technical support for installed equipment and assist the Solutions manager in daily operations. You will travel internationally and locally to installations, collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proper hardware integration, and support service tickets.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Dutch MBO4 in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar level beneficial.
Strong written and verbal English; Dutch language skills a plus.

Mansioni

Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking of data center hardware at customer sites.
Assist with deployment of server, storage and network equipment and ensure correct installation.
Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration and proper BIOS/driver loads.
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing system; escalate complex issues as needed.
Willing to travel internationally and locally; occasional extended hours and weekend work.
