Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Data Visualization Specialist for the Data & Analytics Team, based in Milan HQ. You will lead end-to-end data visualization projects across HR, CRM, Store Operations, and Supply Chain, delivering enterprise reporting and AI-powered analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a STEM field and 2+ years in data analytics, with strong Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, plus experience with AI features and cloud data platforms like Databricks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or related STEM discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and BI roles, ideally in consulting.
• Strong experience with Power BI and custom visuals (TypeScript/React, D3.js, Vega-Lite); good knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Understanding of AI-powered analytics incl. natural-language querying and automated insights.
• Familiarity with data warehouse environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and cloud platforms like Databricks.
• Autonomy, stakeholder management and communication skills; fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise reporting and dashboards, primarily in Power BI, for desktop and mobile.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into data models and visual solutions.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics, such as natural-language interaction and anomaly detection.
• Build and maintain ETL on cloud platforms (e.g. Databricks) ensuring data quality and reconciliation.
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating external consultants and ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and maintenance of solutions.
