IQVIA is seeking a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for complex projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead the DM team, oversee study setup, validation of device integrations, data cleaning, and communications with sponsors, with guidance from the Line Manager.

Requires a Bachelor’s in health/clinical sciences and 3–4 years in data management, including ≥1 year as CDM lead; fluent English and strong Excel skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 3–4 years data management experience, including ≥1 year as a CDM project lead.
• English fluency spoken and English Advanced.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research process.

• Gather study setup requirements through discussion with stakeholders.
• Support validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
• Lead data cleaning to ensure quality deliverables for sponsors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Meet timelines and deliverables per contract/SOW with guidance.
• Assist in training new joiners.
• Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee deployment of new technology/database revisions with guidance.
• Collaborate with programming on process automation.
• Adhere to trainings and eSOPs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Line Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
