IQVIA is seeking an experienced CPM Line Manager to lead a dynamic group of Clinical Project Managers within the cFSP model. You will coach, mentor, and drive performance while ensuring high-quality study delivery across geographies.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and development of team members, with a focus on accountability and collaboration in a global pharmaceutical environment.

Competenze

• We require a strong clinical project management background with leadership potential.
• Experience leading global studies in sponsor-dedicated/FSP or CRO environments is preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others and to manage stakeholder relationships.

Mansioni

• Provide dedicated line management, leadership, coaching, and oversight to CPMs.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, set performance objectives, and support career development.
• Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new CPMs into the cFSP model.
• Monitor performance, engagement, workload, and training needs; adjust capacity plans.
• Present team status, resource summaries, and updates to leadership; drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across projects.
