Nebuly is seeking a Data Scientist for Delivery in Turin, combining data, product, and customer insights to drive PoV/PoC success. You will transform conversational data into actionable business insights, collaborate with customers and revenue teams, and tune analytics configurations for value delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL: write complex queries, Joins, window functions, aggregations.
• Strong Python: pandas or polars, notebooks, plotting libraries; reusable code.
• Analytical mindset: translate business questions into precise analyses.
• Business sense: focus on how insights drive customer actions.
• Customer-facing and comfortable in pilots; present data to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI agents: use tools like Claude, Cursor, etc., to speed analyses.
• Strong ownership: guide a customer installation to value.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with customers during PoV/PoC phases: define success criteria with revenue teams; own analytical pilot from kickoff to readout.
• Explore and analyse customer data during PoVs/PoCs: write queries, slice data, identify trends and anomalies.
• Assess relevance and value of data points, metrics, and insights for the customer.
• Configure and fine-tune the product for each customer (topics, metrics, dashboards).
• Collaborate with revenue team to translate customer goals into analytics setups.
• Run regular sessions with stakeholders during PoV/PoC to present findings and iterate.
• Prepare final PoV/PoC readout with the revenue team: insights, demonstrated value, production path.
• Build Python scripts/notebooks to automate recurring analyses and onboarding steps.
• Evaluate AI pipeline insights and flag issues with evidence to AI/engineering teams.
• Turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks for faster installations.
• Share cross-customer patterns with product/engineering to influence roadmaps.
