Motork is seeking a Data Architect & Engineering Lead to own and shape the data platform, guiding a small two-person team and setting technical direction. You will drive modern data practices and apply agentic AI concepts to automate workflows for our automotive SaaS business.

You will design end-to-end data modeling and infrastructure, define a roadmap for the warehouse, transformations, and orchestration, and lead production pipelines with dbt, Airflow and Airbyte.

• Strong experience designing data platforms and governance.
• Proven ability to lead a small data team while hands-on.
• Expertise with modern data tooling for warehousing and pipelines.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end data modeling architecture for the platform.
• Define target data infra and roadmap (warehouse, transformation, orchestration).
• Lead production pipelines using dbt, Airflow and Airbyte; write production Python.
• Architect for batch and streaming use cases (Kafka or similar).
• Advance agentic AI incorporation into data platform operations.
• Mentor a 2-person data team through reviews and pairing.
• Ensure data quality, testing, documentation and delivery predictability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business to translate requirements.
