MotorK sits at the intersection of automotive SaaS and AI-driven scale, and seeks a senior technical leader to own a core area of the SparK platform. You will lead a small, high-calibre team, stay hands-on, design, code, and review on the critical path, while ensuring engineering leverage through AI and robust governance.

You will own architecture, drive AI-enabled workflows, and align with stakeholders across tribes.

Competenze

• Senior, deeply technical leader owning architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on: design, code, review on critical path.
• Accountable for AI layer, guardrails, and production reliability.
• Experience leading small teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own the target architecture and decide what to rebuild or scale.
• Stay hands-on, review AI Agents work across SDLC.
• Build and run the team's AI layer, with self-healing operations.
• Lead a 2–3 person squad; manage objectives and growth.
• Coordinate with peers, product, and stakeholders across tribes.
• Replace manual work with agentic solutions.
• Document interfaces and provide self-serve tooling.
• Unblock team and report with Agile metrics.
