Generali Italy is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Insights Factory within the Data, AI & Automation function. You will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple domains to uncover trends and opportunities that support growth and efficiency.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business economics, or statistics.
• Proven experience as a data analyst.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Solid data governance, security, and privacy knowledge.
• Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Written and spoken English at B2 level.
• Knowledge of IT cloud data architecture.

Responsabilités

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory and advanced analyses to uncover trends and correlations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units and data engineers/scientists to optimize pipelines and models.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytics using GenAI.
