Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of relevant practical experience gained through internships, academic projects, or professional roles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, tables, PivotTables, and data validation.
• Practical knowledge of Power Query for preparing, cleaning, combining, and transforming data.
• Basic practical knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling and reporting.
• Understanding of basic data analysis, reporting, and business process documentation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and validate data using Excel, Power Query, and related tools.
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Document data sources, transformations, and validation rules.
• Assist with process analysis, mappings, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments to understand reporting needs.
• Provide user-friendly explanations of dashboards and reporting tools.
