LJB & Co in Milan seeks an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation for a large-scale data centre. You will maintain version control, coordinate drawings and submittals, ensure audit-ready records, and liaise with site teams.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in construction document control and strong communication skills to support fast-paced project delivery.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role on large construction projects.

Mansioni

• Document control & system management for project documentation.
• Coordinate drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals between teams to support programme delivery.
• Ensure documentation meets project, client, and regulatory standards with full traceability.
• Act as central point of contact for document-related queries with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams.
