LJB & Co is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Engineer for a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You will lead QA/QC across civil, structural and architectural scopes, drive inspections, manage ITPs and NCRs, and ensure compliance with client specifications and standards.

The role offers long-term European exposure, a rotation-friendly package, accommodation, transport, and a comprehensive living allowance. Strong collaboration with Construction and Quality teams is essential.

Competenze

• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven CSA QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or high-tech projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction standards and compliance.
• Experience managing ITPs, audits, NCRs, snagging, and close-out.

Mansioni

• Inspect and monitor all CSA works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Develop and maintain project QA/QC procedures for civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
• Review subcontractor ITPs, inspection plans, and quality submissions.
• Carry out audits, inspections and quality walkdowns on site.
• Issue NCRs and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
• Provide technical quality support to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet approved standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing, certifications and QA documentation.
• Support project reporting with quality updates and compliance tracking.
• Assist with handover processes including QA dossiers and close-out packs.
