LJB & Co is seeking a CSA Supervisor for a major data centre project in Milan. You will oversee daily site activities across civil, structural and architectural packages, ensuring safety, adherence to schedule and high quality standards.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects, preferably in data centres, with strong drawing interpretation, communication and organisation skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years site supervision on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate daily CSA site activities across civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to programme.
• Maintain quality through inspections and addressing non-conformances.
• Support QA/QC with documentation, inspections, and quality benchmarks.
• Assist with planning, lookahead programmes, and progress reporting.
• Attend coordination and subcontractor meetings; review drawings for constructability.
• Support snagging and de-snagging; promote health and safety best practices.
