LJB & Co is recruiting a CSA Engineer for a Data Centre project in Italy. The role focuses on coordinating civil, structural and architectural delivery across the site's blueprints and interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.

The position requires strong site leadership, thorough documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards on a major data centre build in Milan. The package includes relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Experience in data centre construction projects is required.
Minimum 6+ years in a similar role on large-scale construction projects.
Experience coordinating civil, structural and architectural delivery.

Mansioni

Coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural Delivery.
Lead and manage CSA works across the project zone, ensuring delivery to design intent and integration into the construction sequence.
Oversee contractor performance & technical compliance, review method statements and RFIs to drive timely resolutions.
Interface with MEP & commissioning teams to coordinate interfaces and resolve clashes.
Monitor progress, safety and quality on site and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports and maintain CSA documentation for client meetings.
