LJB & Co in Milan, Italy, seeks a Mechanical QA/QC Lead for a flagship data centre project. You will own the mechanical QA/QC strategy, oversee ITPs, and drive high-quality outcomes across a fast-track construction program.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 8+ years in QA/QC within data centres; EU passport or Italian right to work is required. Permanent position with comprehensive benefits and international exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction management, or equivalent.
• 8+ years Quality management experience preferably in a Data Centre environment.
• Must have EU Passport or Italian RTW.

Mansioni

• Lead Mechanical QA/QC Strategy & Site Implementation.
• Take ownership of the mechanical quality assurance and control strategy across the project, ensuring installations meet standards, client specs, and industry best practice.
• Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Documentation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ITPs, check sheets, and quality records for all mechanical systems, ensuring traceability and alignment with commissioning requirements.
• Drive Quality Across Fast-Track Data Centre Delivery.
• Interface with Client, Consultants & Supply Chain; act as the main QA/QC contact and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Support Commissioning & Handover Excellence; ensure 'right first time' delivery with compliant docs.
