Optimus Search seeks experienced Data Centre Planners for long-term contract roles across Europe. The ideal candidate will develop and manage integrated programmes from design through handover on data centre projects, including live environments.

We require advanced Primavera P6 skills, strong MEP and CSA knowledge, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on-site at major European locations.

Competenze

• Proven experience planning data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale MEP construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and critical path methodology.
• Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, and commissioning activities within complex construction projects.
• Experience producing and managing detailed project programmes in live construction environments.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project programmes from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement programme recovery strategies where required.
• Produce short-term and long-term look-ahead programmes, progress reports, and client updates.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial Teams, and subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Support commissioning schedules, systems integration, and phased handover activities.
• Assess programme risks, delays, and change impacts, providing practical mitigation strategies.
• Support extension of time (EOT) assessments, programme revisions, and forensic planning where required.
• Attend project planning meetings and provide accurate schedule analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
