LEWA GmbH in Correggio, Italy or Germany is seeking a Data Architect to shape the enterprise data landscape. You will define the data architecture strategy, establish scalable governance, and create a trusted data foundation across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other systems.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, ensure data protection and security, and evaluate new technologies to drive data-driven decision making. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Competenze

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Master Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Data Architecture and Data Modeling
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data Governance and Data Quality Management
• Data Integration and API-based architectures
• Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Warehouses, and Cloud Technologies
• Experience working in complex system landscapes involving ERP, CRM, PLM, and other enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of data protection regulations and information security principles.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.
• Self-driven, structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
• Fluent in English; German is considered an advantage.

• Define, develop, and evolve the company-wide data architecture and data strategy.
• Establish and govern a Master Data Management (MDM) framework.
• Design and implement scalable data architecture principles, standards, and target models.
• Drive the development of a modern data platform enabling data integration across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other systems.
• Define and enforce data governance policies including ownership, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into architecture solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support data-driven decision-making by establishing a trusted data foundation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices in Data Management, Governance, and Analytics.
